How do Cacles Points work? 👟💰
Our program is simple and straightforward:

For every 1 € purchase, you will get 1 Cacles Point.

Every 20 Cacles Points equivalent to 1 € off.
Quick guide to redeeming your points 🌟
Converting your points into discounts is very easy. Follow these steps:

Log in to your account: Click on the "Cacles Points" button (bottom right corner). If it's your first time, you will receive an access code in your email.

Redeem your points: Once inside, click on "My Points." Slide the bar to select how many points you want to redeem (always in multiples of 20: 20, 40, 60...).

Apply your discount: Copy the generated code and paste it into the "Discount code" box in your shopping cart before completing your checkout.
Important conditions 🗓️
In order to maintain this program sustainably and remain a viable family-owned business, the following conditions apply:

Single use per order: The system only allows applying a discount code per purchase. Loyalty points cannot be combined with other promotional coupons, temporary sales, or special campaigns.

Minimum spend: Coupons generated with points can only be applied to orders over 30€. Discounts are applied to the product value, never to shipping costs.

Expiration date: Your points are valid for 1 year since they were issued. Use them before they expire!

Returns and cancellations: If you return or cancel an order, the points earned will be deducted from your balance. If you have already redeemed the points before the return, your points balance will become negative until it is offset by new purchases.

Personal use: Coupons are personal and non-transferable.
