Discover how easy it is to turn your points into discounts. Follow these steps to use your Cacles Points on your next purchase:

Log in to your account: On our website, click on the "Cacles Points" button you'll see in the bottom right corner. If it's your first time logging in, you'll receive a login code in your email.

Redeem your points: Once inside, click on "My Cacles Points". You'll see a dropdown where you can move a slider to select the number of points you wish to redeem. Remember that you can only redeem in multiples of 20 points (20, 40, 60, etc.).

Apply your discount: Copy the generated code, go to your shopping cart, and paste it into the "Discount code or Gift card" field before finalizing your payment. You'll see the discount apply automatically!
Important Conditions You Should Know 🗓️

One code per purchase: To continue offering these benefits and be a sustainable company, our system only allows us to apply one discount code per purchase. We encourage you to choose the most strategic moment to use your points or coupons.

Validity of your points: Your Cacles Points expire after 1 year from when you earned them. Don't let them slip away!

Returns and cancellations: If you return or cancel an order, the points earned on that purchase will be deducted from your balance. If you generate the code before the return, your Cacles Points balance will become negative.

Your coupons are unique and personal: For your security, we ask that you do not share your discount code.
