Discount for Large Families and Single Parent Families

At Cacles, we want to support your day-to-day life. That's why we offer a 10% permanent discount for large and single-parent families, designed to facilitate access to barefoot footwear for all household members.

How to claim your discount? 📧 It's very simple: send us an email at pedidos@cacles.es attaching a copy of your ID number and the Large Family or Single-Parent Family certificate in effect.

Once verified:

  1. We will send you an invitation to create your account on our website.

  2. We will assign you a personal and non-transferable discount code, linked exclusively to your email account.

Terms of Use ⚖️ To maintain this program sustainably, the following conditions apply:

  • Personal use: This code is for the exclusive use of the registered household. Use by third parties will result in the immediate cancellation of the discount.

  • Compatibility: The discount applies to the entire catalog, including the section OUTLET, but cannot be combined with other offers with other discount codes or temporary promotions (Black Friday, special sales, etc.).

  • Non-retroactive: The discount will not apply to purchases made prior to the issuance of the code.

Retention and benefit renewal (New) 🔄 To maintain your "Cacles Family" status and ensure the program's viability, the discount requires a minimum level of activity:

  • Minimum annual activity: To renew the discount each year, the account must have made a minimum of 2 annual orders or reach a cumulative spend of 120 € per year.

  • Annual review: Every January, our system will review compliance with these minimum requirements. If they are not met, the code will be deactivated; however, it can be requested again by submitting updated documentation.

  • Document update: The customer is responsible for sending us the renewed title before its expiration date to avoid service interruptions.

Code Management 🛠️ Cacles will send the code within a maximum period of 5 business days after receiving the correct documentation. Only one code is allowed per household.

Cacles reserves the right to modify or cancel the program conditions to protect the sustainability of the project.
