  1. Validity: Promotion valid from February 26, 2026, to March 02, 2026, or while promotional stock lasts.

  2. Discount: The code SAVECACLES applies a 15% direct discount on all in-stock products. Not combinable with other offers or coupons.

  3. Access to the 2026 Free Shipping VIP Pass:

    • Will be automatically activated for all purchases over €70 (net amount after discount is applied).

    • The "Free Shipping" benefit will be valid from the moment of purchase until December 31, 2026.

    • Applicable exclusively to standard shipping within the Iberian Peninsula, Balearic Islands, and Portugal. (International shipments are excluded from the annual free shipping, maintaining their usual rates).

    • The benefit is personal and non-transferable, associated with the email used for the supporting purchase.

  4. Returns: Returns for orders placed during this campaign will follow our general policy: the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, except for manufacturing defects or damage. The use of the "VIP Pass" in 2026 does not cover return shipping costs.

  5. Access to 10% discount from April 1 to April 30:
  • Will be automatically activated for all purchases using the SAVECACLES code.
  • The 10% discount benefit will be valid from April 01 to April 30, 2026.
  • The benefit is personal and non-transferable, associated with the email used for the supporting purchase.
  • The discount will not be combinable with other promotions or discount codes.
