It's made up of four layers: soft, warm pile on top, latex foam underneath, and an aluminum foil and non-slip latex foam underneath to keep the insole stable in the shoe.

We recommend removing the insole after removing it to allow the shoe and insole to dry. It can be trimmed to suit your perspiration level.
