The Priority Shipping Service ensures that your order is processed first and sent by the fastest route so that you have it with you within 24 to 48 business hours.

The cost of €5 is added to the usual shipping costs, if any. The service covers the preferential management, handling, and preparation of your order.

Logistics and Key Policies ⚠️

⚠️ Mixed Orders: If your order includes items awaiting restock, the item we have in our own warehouse will be shipped first using this priority service.

⚠️ Stock Guarantee: If, exceptionally, the priority item turns out to be out of stock (awaiting restock), the cost of the Priority Shipping service is fully refundable.

Returns Management:

In case of a return, the cost of the priority service is not refundable.

Merchandise returns are managed, as always, through our warehouse in Cacles, and your refund will be processed, once the return is received, within a maximum of 5 calendar days vs. a maximum of 14 calendar days.
