Cacles Friday 2023 Promotion Terms

Validity period from November 23 at 9pm to November 25 at 9pm

General conditions of the promotion

Various discounts will be offered on the website www.cacles.es, which can range up to 70% on selected items.
Non-participating products: cleaning accessories, socks, insoles
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes. Only discount codes for returns and Cacles Points may be used.
The refund period will be extended until January 10, 2024.

Gift card giveaway

10 gift cards worth €100 will be raffled off for all purchases over €150.
Only completed purchases will be eligible. Orders cancelled by the end of the draw date and orders with returns whose remaining amount is less than €150 will not be eligible.
The draw will take place on January 11, 2024 at 8:00 p.m.
Gift cards are valid until 06/30/2024.

Cacles Barefoot Tote Bag for the first 100 purchases

100 tote bags will be given away for the first 100 purchases.
Minimum purchase amount €30 (not including shipping).
The bag will be automatically added to the shopping cart and shipped with the order. If the order does not meet the minimum purchase, the bag will not be added.
Once the available gift units are sold out, the item will no longer be added to the cart.
If the customer makes a full refund of the order, or a partial refund with the remaining amount being less than €30, the bag must be returned. Otherwise, the price of the bag (€6.90) will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Preorders and long distance shipping

During Cacles Friday there will be the possibility of pre-ordering incoming merchandise and direct purchases of products with long-distance shipping.
The estimated delivery time will be noted on each product's sheet.
If orders for immediate shipping are mixed with orders for long-distance shipping, shipping will be carried out when the order is complete. Therefore, if the customer wishes to receive part of the item in advance, they must contact hola@cacles.es to proceed with the payment of the extra shipping.
Cacles is not responsible for delays in courier services that occur during this time.
