Our Tikal are made for medium-narrow feet with a medium-low instep.

If it's your first time wearing barefoot footwear, we recommend choosing your usual size. However, it's always best to measure your feet and consult our size guide. We don't recommend leaving more than 1 cm of extra length. 📏

🤔 If you are between two sizes, we recommend getting both, as units are very limited and we don't know if we'll be able to guarantee size exchanges later on.
