• Always let the insole air dry away from direct heat sources, avoiding radiators or dryers, so as not to deform the latex and aluminum layers.
• Do not submerge it completely in water for long periods, as the ALU sheet and CARBON latex are technical layers not designed for prolonged immersion.
• Air out the insole regularly to take advantage of the natural resistance of Merino wool to microbes and odors.
